• ENSURE PROPER FIT AND MEASUREMENTS: Keep your knee slightly bent and begin measuring 5 1/2" up from the center of your kneecap to determine thigh size. Wrap the tape around the thigh to get the circumference. Then, starting again from the kneecap, measure 4 3/4" down the calf. Measure the calf's circumference by wrapping the tape around it. Ensure that the measuring tape is snug but not overly tight. Consult the sizing chart and video for accurate sizing guidance.
